The Insta Slim Shirt

Hey guys!  Do you want to have a flatter stomach, eliminate those bulging obliques, and redefine your chest without diet or exercise?  Well now you can!  I saw a commercial for the Insta Slim shirt that will do this for you.  One of the guys on the commercial said that he had tried everything, but nothing worked until he bought the Insta Slim undershirt.  Now he has the confidence that comes from a slimmer appearance, and he didn’t have to lift a finger to get it!

I don’t fault anyone for wanting to feel better about the way they look.  And if that can be accomplished by squeezing into a compression shirt, then go for it if you want to.  It’s only $19.99 online (plus shipping and handling).  Make sure you don’t get a cheap imitation (that’s actually what was said on the commercial).  You want to have the real thing so you’ll get the results you want.  Just remember this … if you rely on the shirt to make you look better, and don’t do anything to improve your diet and level of activity, nothing will change.  When you take the shirt off, everything will come tumbling down, and you’ll still have to face reality.

There is good news for most men!  If you really want to do it, you can improve your health and your appearance with sound nutrition and regular exercise.  All it takes is desire, discipline, and a good plan.  You don’t have to become a bodybuilder and spend hours a day at the gym.  You don’t have to do P90x (although it’s a great program if you’re inclined to do it!), and you don’t have to live on salads and 1,200 calories a day (that’s actually counterproductive).

If you have the desire to lose weight and get in shape, there are many resources available.  There are no shortcuts that will lead to long-term success.  Long-term success requires a lifestyle change.  Here are three great resources you can take a look at:

Body for Life by Bill Phillips

The Abs Diet: The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Stomach and Keep You Lean for Life by David Zinczenko

Protein Power by Michael R. Eads, MD and Mary Dan Eads, MD

Don’t settle for the Insta Slim lifestyle.  Do the real thing.  You’ll look better and you’ll feel better, with our without your shirt!
